Fill out our contact form below. Attach any estimate forms to let us know exactly what you need and how we can help you. We will review it and contact you to discuss your exact needs and how we can help you.

2. Make your Initial Deposit

Once your request and documents have been reviewed, we will send you a link for an initial deposit. Your project cannot start until the initial deposit has been received.

3. We Write Your Estimate

We will review your documents and get your estimate written within 24-48 business hours. Depending on volume, more time may be needed.

4. Receive Your Estimate

Once completed, we will send you your estimate with your logo on it along with a bill for the remaining balance.

Supplements and Inspections

Roof Supplements

Price: $125

Deposit of $69 is required to get started

You provide photos, insurance estimate and items you want addressed. We will write a thorough and detailed estimate with your logo on it that you can send to the insurance company. This option does not include any contact with the insurance company, negotiations or inspections.

Full Service Supplements

Price: $100 + 10% of total supplement approved by insurance carrier. Minimum charge of $250.

Deposit of $100 is required to get started.

Your time is valuable. Instead of spending your time arguing with adjusters or sending in supplement invoices, let us do it for you! We will write your supplement and deal with getting the supplement items approved. You provide the photos, insurance estimate and needed details, we take care of the rest.

Other Supplements

Price: 1% of the total estimate. Minimum charge of $250. Deposit of $100 is required to get started.

Choose this option if you have a project other than a Roof & Exterior Supplement. Some examples include water losses and storm losses with heavy interior or structural damages. You provide photos, insurance estimate and items you want addressed. This option does not include any contact with the insurance company, negotiations or inspections.

Inspections (DFW Area Only)

Many insurance carriers are handling claims virtually and that trend will likely continue. Instead of spending your time going out to properties multiple times to take more photos for the adjuster, let us inspect for you. We have extensive experience as both field and desk adjusters, and we know the photos adjusters need to approve estimate and expedite your claim. You will receive a photo report, Xactimate sketch and scope of damages you can send to the adjuster.
